How to print
your stationery

Download once, print as many copies as you need — at home or at any print shop. Here's everything you need to know.

Paper weight

80gsm — Standard printer paper. Works in a pinch.
100–120gsm — Recommended for home printing. Noticeably nicer feel.
160–200gsm — Best quality. Card stock. Feels professional and holds its shape.
250gsm+ — Thick card, matches print shop quality. Use if printing commercially.

Matt / uncoated — Best for most designs. No glare, easy to read, natural feel.
Silk — Premium and subtle. Colours appear richer. Great for dark templates.
Gloss — Maximum vibrancy. Best for photo-heavy covers.
Linen / textured — Luxury finish. Beautiful with Botanical and Traditional designs.

At home — Epson EcoTank, Canon PIXMA, or HP OfficeJet Pro all give excellent results.
High street — Staples, Rymans, or your local print shop. Take your downloaded file on a USB stick.
Online print shops — Printed.com, Instantprint, or Vistaprint for larger quantities.
Supermarkets — Tesco or Asda photo centres for quick same-day printing.

A5 size tip: Our designs download as A5 (148 × 210mm). You can print two per A4 sheet and cut down — most copy shops can cut precisely for a small fee. For a folded booklet, print on A4 at 100% scale and fold in half. How many to print? One per guest, plus 8–10 extras for the couple, parents, officiant, and photographer.
