By using WeddingOrderOfServices.com and purchasing our digital templates, you agree to the following terms.

Licence

Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to:

• Download and print the completed design for your own wedding
• Print as many physical copies as you need for your wedding ceremony
• Share the downloaded file with a print shop for physical printing

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sub-licence the template or design files
• Use the design for commercial purposes or on behalf of another couple's wedding
• Remove any watermark without purchasing a licence
• Claim authorship of the underlying template design

Digital downloads

All products are digital downloads delivered immediately after payment. Because the file is provided instantly and is personalised to your content, we are unable to offer refunds once a download link has been issued, except where required by law.

If you experience a technical problem with your download, contact us at hello@weddingorderofservices.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Watermarked preview

A free watermarked preview is available before purchase. The watermark is removed from downloaded files after payment is completed.

Content responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of any names, dates, and text you include in your design. We are not liable for errors in content you have entered.

Intellectual property

All template designs, artwork, and software on this site are the intellectual property of WeddingOrderOfServices.com. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
